We are IC&C Consulting

IC&C Consulting specializes in setting up new facilities. Either for a Plant that it is Closing Operations at its original location and moving to Mexico. Or for a new plant resulting from the expansion strategy of a consolidated company.

IC&C Consulting develops and executes an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) project to set up the facility and build the improvements to adequate the facility for specific production process.

IC&C Consulting Coordinates de movement of existing equipment and its overhauling, if required. Coordinates the acquisition of new equipment and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) before shipment to final destination. Once received at the new manufacturing location, IC&C Consulting coordinates the installation and OSAT of the equipment. The facility will be accepted with permits and utility contracts in place.

IC&C Consulting managerial group has assembled highly skilled, highly motivated teams for years. Now our support team is passing this know how to each and every customer we support.

IC&C Consulting coordinates the hiring, couching and training of each new team member that will be added to the new operation. Assuring that each position at the new operation will be covered according to plan and budget. And in coordination with the facility setup.

Staffing the new  facility

IC&C Consulting coordinates the translation of Company policies, QMS, HSE policies and procedures for the new facility, ensuring the preservation of the documented best practices and know how of the company. Reviewing, as well, its compliance with local regulations.  

IC&C Consulting coordinates the induction and review by the new staffing group, training of internal auditors and schedule for internal audits. Schedules the external audit, once the necessary documentation reaches the level required for certification.

Facility Certification

Mexico’s Government promotes the investment on its territory by creating programs and signing commercial agreements with different nations across the globe. Taking advantage of such incentives shall be part of the equation while taking the decision to expand operations into the Country.
