Expanding Capacity

When a costumer has decide to establish a new facility at a new location, that might be out of the country, it creates a whole new set of business opportunities to your organization, and... the competition.

As the OCTG and Premium threads facility in Apodaca, Mexico moves forward to its 11th year of successful operation, the reminiscence of its record breaking start up still prevails. At that time it has set a new standard for how complete an installation can be before production. The result was saved costs and shorter time before the production can start the flow of revenues to the investors and to the society. The facility was delivered by the joint venture of IC&C Industrial and its customer, and was delivered on schedule and on budget.

IC&C Industrial experience implementing critical, tight scheduled EPC projects helped its customers to establish a new productive facility in a record time. Allowing its customer to capture as much as possible of the new business created, and leaving less for the competition. Especially in a slumped economy of 2008, where a major revision to the original business model was required.

The results were so good that the facility is still doing business in the region, while its main customer at that time (the one that has motivated the expansion) has left the city. The lessons learned were clear, as the startup of a new operation it is not just a matter of setting a new building, install equipment and launching production. The consultancy involved made the difference, as a new empowered, self-motivated and autonomous team was hired. Add to the equation finding and establishing new business relationships with local vendors and suppliers that created synergies to satisfy customer’s demands.

Not matter how difficult, how challenging, how tight scheduled the project is, IC&C Industrial ALWAYS DELIVERS, it is in our DNA, it is our passion, it is what we do best.
